What is masturbation?

As a matter of meaning, masturbation is a sexual activity involving only one person. In the UK the term “wanking” is common.

The most common method is the use of a hand wrapped around the erect penis using an up and down motion until ejaculation. Another common method is to rub the erect penis against something, such as a pillow, until ejaculation. While male masturbation tends to focus only on the penis, it is not uncommon for it to be accompanied by stimulation of other areas.

More commonly  by caressing and massaging the clitoris with fingers until orgasm. The  stimulation is often accompanied by similar caressing, massaging, or touching of other sensitive areas, such as the breasts and parts of the vagina. The  insertion of phallic shapped objects into the vagina using an in and out motion  is also common method of self stimulation.

What does  term “Blue Balls” mean?

An erection is caused be the filling of the penis with blood. The pressure necessary to generate an erection comes from sexual arousal or “sexual tension”. An orgasm is  often described as the release of that tension. The continual tension without relief (orgasm) in males can cause a condition called “Blue Balls”. It is quite painful which, makes achieving an orgasm very difficult. To make matters worst making the erection go away without an orgasm almost impossible. Urban legend suggests that a cold shower may help to curb the tension, but as any one who has ever had a case of “Blue Balls” can attest, only time will help. The condition  generally effect young men as they often put themselves in situations of great  sexual tension where they know chances are they will not receive the stimulation  necessary to achieve an orgasm. The good news however is that the condition doesn’t last there are no known side effects.

Can I  masturbate too much?

The probable answer is no. Generally the human body creates its own limitations. For an undetermined period of time after an orgasm, the body is satisfied, in males the more they masturbate the greater the length of time before they fell the urge to masturbate again. Sexual tension during masturbation can make you unaware of  excessive friction, which can create blisters. You may not mind the excessive friction during masturbation because of the desire to reach an orgasm. Only  after release may you realize that the friction may have been too much. The best way to ensure that this does not happen is to use lubrication during masturbation.

If I masturbate with someone of the same sex does that mean that I am gay or  lesbian?

A person, whi  is gay, may very well have straight relationship and the same can be said of a  heterosexual person. Typically no single event will determine, or can change our orientation. Our sexuality is determined quite early in our lives. The desire to  share a sexual experience with someone of the same sex alone does not make you  gay or lesbian. There may be reasons outside of homosecuality why you may want  to share an experience with someone of the same sex.

Is my penis  large enough, does size matter?

Penis size only matters to those for which it matters. In other words if you are a porno  star, then it probably matters. However in terms of actual functionality, the  average, is plenty. That is not to say that if you are under the average you are  not adequate or that if you are above average all women you have sex with will automatically be satisfied. If the girls you know only judge you by penis size,  then to them it matters. Most women agree that it does not matter. Biologically  speaking, the range of adequacy is wide. The average adult male penis is 5 to 7  inches when fully erect. Unless you are less than 4 inches or more than 8 most women will not be able to tell the difference in terms of actual performance. An  experienced lover can do as much or more with a under average penis than an  amateur can do with a large one.

All my friends masturbate until orgasm, how come I can not?

First and  foremost, men of all ages lie or overstate the thruth about their sexuality.  When it comes to masturbation, they tend to exaggerate. Initially as they stimulate their penis they may ajaculate. At first the ejaculation may be a very light, clear liquid, which looks like water but  has the consistency of syrup. As a young man masturbates his ejaculation will became thicker and with the consistency of oil and the color of milk.

Cum is a medium for the storage of sperm. Nothing contained in it is toxic in any way.  You’re more likely to get sick just from the thought of eating  it.

Will I go blind, bald or insane from masturbating? Will I get  hairy palms?

Some religions condemn the act of self-stimulation because it is a form of achieving  gratification outside the need for procriation. Outside of religious beliefs,  there are no known side effects to masturbation. None, zip, zilch, nada!
